K Solutions is a startup focused on simplifying public services.

Led all design-related activities for, including the first version of the website and internal platform, ensuring compatibility with both Mobile and Desktop platforms. Conducted user evaluations, including A/B testing, usability tests, qualitative and quantitative research. Directly reported to CEO, providing regular updates on design progress and outcomes. Supervised and managed a Design Intern.
